        Acted as the USAG-Yongsan MPD Personnel Automation System (PAS) Chief. Requiring the processing, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user accounts for US Army Human Resource Information Systems.

        Tasked with Information Management Officer (IMO) within the Area II Military Personnel Division (MPD) facility. Tasks include installation and administration of hardware and software systems necessary for the operation and storage of personnel information.

Correction of these issues include configuration, installation, maintenance of cables, and devices to the switches. database queries pulling data directly related to the production of Military orders.

        Delivered training providing personnel specialist the knowledge how to use and implement the queries.

        Conducted information systems training to increase personnel processing productivity.

        Acts as the liaison for Congressional inquiries throughout the peninsula. Requiring consolidation of documentation from representatives, locating soldiers and their units, tracking communication and consolidating responses.

        Assists with the developing and revising Military Human Resources policies for the USAG-Yongsan to ensure that the meet all Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA), US Army Regulation, Policies, and guidelines.
