Serco Inc.     Human Resources Specialist (Military)

●        Acted as the USAG-Yongsan MPD Personnel Automation System (PAS) Chief. Requiring the processing, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user accounts for US Army Human Resource Information Systems.

●        Tasked with Information Management Officer (IMO) within the Area II Military Personnel Division (MPD) facility. Tasks include installation and administration of hardware and software systems necessary for the operation and storage of personnel information.

●        Routinely provided customer support through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of desktop, network and connected devices. Work with users to ensure issues are corrected.

●        Experience with Remedy trouble ticketing system to open trouble tickets, update status, track and report progress, close tickets, and elevate tickets to the Garrison IMO or Network Enterprise Center (NEC) depending on the issue. 

●        Managed users accounts and access to network storage through Active Directory

●        Generated enterprise group email boxes for the MPD, and manage users access to those group boxes.

●        Provide tier 1 Local Area Network (LAN) maintenance and troubleshooting. Identifying network issues included improper routing of ethernet cables and misuse of network hubs. Correction of these issues include configuration, installation, maintenance of cables, and devices to the switches. database queries pulling data directly related to the production of Military orders.

●        Delivered training providing personnel specialist the knowledge how to use and implement the queries.

●        Conducted information systems training to increase personnel processing productivity.

●        Acts as the liaison for Congressional inquiries throughout the peninsula. Requiring consolidation of documentation from representatives, locating soldiers and their units, tracking communication and consolidating responses.

●        Assists with the developing and revising Military Human Resources policies for the USAG-Yongsan to ensure that the meet all Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA), US Army Regulation, Policies, and guidelines.

●        Considered an expert with various Army personnel systems to include eMILPO (as System Administrator), TOPMIS (Citrix and eTOPMIS), ISM, eDAS, IWRS, Datastore, and iPERMS (as Scan Operator, Record Manager, and Authorized Official).

 

2013-2014

Bamberg Outdoor Recreation          Recreation Aid

●        Developed contracts with various vendors to ensure the services, supplies and equipment for city tours that included Paris, France; Zurich, Switzerland; and Berlin, Germany.  

●        Conducted WAQ (Warrior Adventure Quest) program that provided recently re-deploying soldiers adventure based outlet. 

●        Aided and lead hiking, biking, climbing, high ropes course, spelunking, kayaking, and skiing/snowboarding excursions.
